2014

Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes from an unusually cool and wet vintage were traditionally harvested by hand on the morning of 13th September. The must underwent a spontaneous wild fermentation and was lightly filtered to preserve its natural character which may result in a light deposit. 2014 Dagon Clan Rosé is bright, pale salmon pink with a seriously aromatic flavor of crunchy red fruit. Sap and savoury nuances contribute to a feeling of vibrant freshness, as if the wine has leapt from the vineyard straight into the glass.

2015

Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were manually picked on the morning of 3rd October. After a light pressing the must underwent a spontaneous wild fermentation. Har 2015 is bright, pale salmon pink with a seriously aromatic flavor of crunchy red fruit. Sap and savoury nuances are contributing to a feeling of extreme youth, as if the wine has leapt from the vineyard into the glass only moments ago.
