Matt Smith reviews Clestar 2015 on influential UK site Wildcard Wine Blog and calls it ” a really unusual, interesting and exclusive wine”:
Merchant Notes: A 50-year old wild parcel of Romanian varieties of white grapes was manually picked at dawn on 7th September. The must was fermented at low temperature and left on the lees for six months. Clestar shines golden and exudes exotic aromas of oriental spices. In mouth it is richly aromatic and fresh at the same time.
